About Me

My journey in the field of psychotherapy began in 1994, but my diverse professional background includes experiences as a teacher, outward bound instructor, and climbing guide. It was my own experience with trauma that initially led me to therapy, igniting a profound realization that by delving into my own healing, I could also guide and support others on their unique paths to wellness.
